It was here that I was born, went to school, rode my bike in the big empty field that would become Walmart, went to movies at the Paramount, bought my first mini skirt in Gadzooks, ate cheese sticks at Gardski's, ordered a steak by pushing a button on the wall at Town Crier and any other memory all Abilenians have. I have the pleasure of being married to a man who is my best friend and biggest supporter. Children? You bet! We have FIVE! They range in age from 10 to 30 and we have been blessed with two beautiful grandchildren. I have a heart for military families, as my husband and father-in-law were in the Navy and our son is a Marine. I'm proud to serve Dyess AFB and all Veterans in this area. My first experience with HomeTown Lenders was during the purchase of our new home in 2022. The admiration I have for this company caused me to change my career path and chase a new dream. If I could give Lee Ann 1 Million stars I would. I had a kind of strange situation with trying to buy my sister out of our family home after my mother passed. My bank here in Amarillo was wanting me to jump though so many hoops, that didn't make any sense to me, before they would even look at an application from me. I called Lee Ann and she immediately got got the ball rolling. No hoops!!!!! She was with me every step of the way answering any and all questions. She even did a video chat with me at signing since it was done in Hereford!! I was very nervous about taking this step after hearing all the horror stories from other people about buying a home and let me tell you I had no issues zero, zip, nadda.
