Brad was so incredibly helpful! Even with the complicated process of our loan, he was able to clearly communicate what he needed from us and was extremely informative. Brad is the best lender. Helped me close on a condo 3 years ago and was extremely insightful... my approval process was a little bit tricky due to working in sales in a commission-based role.
