Buying a home 800 miles away from where we lived is not an easy accomplishment, but Alessandro took a lot of pressure off. He and his team helped us immensely before, during, and even after the process. What we liked about Alessandro and chose him to be our home loan advisor/lender is that he is very proactive. When we first reached out to Alessandro after someone recommended him to us, he called us almost immediately and set up a phone conference, during which he talked us through the process, what to expect, and which additional services he offered. He immediately took down our financial information, got us approved quickly, and expedited the underwriting, which would make us more desirable to potential sellers. When we finally found a home, Alessandro and his team were extremely proficient. Our closing, as it turns out, was not easy nor normal. Even through a few delays from problems initiated on the sellers' end, Alessandro and his team made sure we had all the necessary documents signed quickly and expeditiously at each turn and made sure we had the correct amount for the down payment deposited. Alessandro and his team are amazing! I have worked with other lenders in the past that have created bad experiences. Working with Alessandro was such an 180 from what I’ve experienced. He is very personable and quick to respond to any questions I had. Him and his team was great at reaching out and also alerting me of new documents or loan milestones. I never felt in the dark about my loan progress. They were also very fast at processing things on their end we ended up waiting on the title company to be able to close. He also reached out to the sellers agent on the offer I had made explaining how we would be set to close quickly based on my financials.
