I am very impressed with Preferred Rate. Our lender, Brett, was super helpful in our loan process and made the whole process easy.

It was good. There were a couple hiccups. Was told we could change interest rate once locked in which was not the case. We would be told they'd call us back and we'd have to call them instead. Also they missed sending us something and we didn't find out until closing. I think part of it was closing in July which was crazy with holidays. Overall great but not perfect. When we did talk to Brett he was nice and explained everything very well which I appreciated.
