Francesca Sourbis began her career in financial services while attending the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she worked in the Office of University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operations. She continued in that role throughout her college years while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Italian and a Master's Degree in Special Education. After graduating, she spent 12 years as an educator—an experience that deeply shaped her passion for teaching and empowering others.

Today, as a mortgage advisor, Francesca brings together her background in education, finance, and client service to provide a supportive and transparent home loan experience. She’s committed to breaking down the lending process in clear, simple terms so her clients feel confident and well-informed at every step. I worked with Francesca to refinance my mortgage and Francesca and her assistant made the process so easy. Francesca was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of helping me to determine what the best options were for my current situation.Buying a home/ refinancing can be very stressful but Francesca's kind and calm nature helped to ease that stress. She was very supportive and answered all of my questions thoroughly and never seemed annoyed when she would explain something and then I would ask her to re-explain it a day later. She genuinely seemed like she was happy to help.The process and apps that were used made communication easy. Because refinancing/borrowing always requires a ton of documents, it can be difficult to keep track of things that need to be done. However, the communication from Francesca and her assistant was so very clear and timely throughout the entire process and the app that they use made it easy for requesting documents, uploading documents and keeping track of things I had/had not completed that I can honestly say it felt super easy and as stress free as refinancing could have been.I highly recommend reaching out to Francesca if you are buying or refinancing a home.
