Working with Jarrod Hall at Preferred Rate Mortgage was the best decision I have made. I had some challenges with another lender because they didn't have the products to help me. I was purchasing a new home and it was new construction. My previous lender could only do a 90-day rate lock. The interest rates were sky rocketing. The builder could not give us a completion date because of supply chain issues. Jarrod was able to get me a 11-month lock at a decent rate at that time. That took the stress off of my wife and I while our home was being built. The rates never came back down and choosing Jarrod helped me get my loan approved and purchased our first home.
