Josh was born and raised in Middle Tennessee where he attended Brentwood High School and has been a native of the area ever since. After High School, Josh obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville in Chemical Engineering while managing a local bank. Josh knew from his time in college that even though he had a science background he loved helping people in the finance industry. Josh became a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2004 and has been in the business ever since for over 17 years. He is married to Hannah Booher who is also a real estate agent and has 4 children that attend school in Nolensville. Josh looks forward to using his knowledge of the area and years of experience to help his clients with their purchasing and refinancing needs.
