Josh Kreitler, a loan officer for Home Town Mortgage Solutions, has been in the financial sector for over 20 years. After graduating from Angelo State University, he began working at Performant Financial Services (formally DCS Inc.) as a portfolio manager. Shortly after earning his master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, he was promoted to Senior Division Manager where he managed over 100 employees for 10 plus years in the financial collections sector on the US Department of Education contracts. After Covid forced the closure of his department in the student loan sector, Josh joined the financial mortgage originating industry where he served as the senior loan processor for over a year and a half, gaining a substantial amount of insight into the lending industry.

Josh met his wife while they were in college, and they have been married for over 17 years. They have a daughter (Jaycee) who is 10 years old, and she keeps them busy with her competitive dance competitions. They are members of Sierra Vista Methodist Church. When Josh is not in the office working on loans, he enjoys volunteering at his daughter’s school and his church, playing pickleball with his wife and their friends, serving in their community, and shooting sporting clays at the San Angelo Claybird Association.
