I canceled the first two home mortgage companies I called for reasons of not answering my phone calls and having a minimum of 45 day closing and high rates. Then I called Patrick and he was always available, had the lowest rates and could close in 30 days or less if needed. I don’t give very many 5 star reviews out but Patrick definitely deserves one.

I don’t usually make reviews but this guy deserves a raving review. A little back drop went through a divorce. Wasn’t sure what purchasing power I had for a house. I have two little babies and myself and we needed a home to call our forever home. I called Patrick as for he has handled majority of our loans in the past with my ex & I. Doing one on my own for the first time; to put a little perspective on it was a little nerve wrecking. Patrick told me to just go find what I wanted and gave me a round about dollar amount. It took 3 homes to finally find the one I wanted. I sent him the details and I had the clear to close very quickly after sending him all docs. Patrick made this process so easy and every step of the buying process and answered all my 100’s of questions I asked him over the duration of time until the time of close. I highly recommended Patrick to anyone especially anyone purchasing a home and wants a lender who will answer any question and help you through every step of the process. I am very pleased and happy and very thankful for him helping me!

We started working with Patrick in April of 2024. He helped guied me and my S/O on what we needed to do to credit to get approved for a loan. Once we got that score up, he was amazing getting us started and heling us understand the process through the whole thing. I started to wonder if the guy ever slept. 😆 even once we signed last day of the year, he has been around to keep answering our questions. Patrick and his team are amazing people and I look forward to working with them again when we make the move out to the country from our current little starter home.
