I decided to become a mortgage loan originator after my wife and I were challenged with a negative amortization loan that almost destroyed us financially. I never want to see another person have to deal with what we did. Buying a home and securing a mortgage loan can be stressful. Most people only do it a couple times in their lifetime and the language, terms etc., can be intimidating and confusing.
