Renee was wonderful to work with. She was very honest. We had a lender fall through 5 days before closing and Renee got our file and had us closed in exactly 31 days. When the other lender told us we didn't qualify for a specific loan, Renee had us pre-approved and ready to continue on our offer in 45 minutes. I highly recommend working with her if you value your time and want someone who will put forth the effort to make it happen.
