I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve Higgins from Preferred Rate for my first home purchase, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the initial consultation to closing day, he provided exceptional service and support. 

Steve was always there for us. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Felt like he was our ally throughout the buying process. Lots of issues that were strange to us, especially since it was a new construction dea but felt like Steve had been through it before and knew just what to do. Would absolutely go with Steve again and recommend him highly.

Anytime I had a question he was very responsive and helpful. This was a difficult deal with a lot of moving parts including having to adjust the down payment amount within a week before closing and needing a couple documents notarized the day before closing which were overnighted to the Title company. Despite that Steve was always in contact and kept me assured we would get it closed and he did on time and with no issues! Great experience working with Steve and preferred rate!

From start to finish it was apparent that Steve was genuinely committed and definitely had my interests at heart.
