Hi there I'm Todd Pankratz. Husband to Nicole, my amazing wife of 24 years. And we are very proud parents to 3 outstanding humans, Connor (29), Darien (22), and Cambria (21). I have had the pleasure of helping my clients achieve their dream of home ownership for 24 years now. Purchasing a home is by and large the biggest financial event in one's lifetime. An event that myself, and my team strive to make for an empowering and uplifting experience for the thousands of families and individuals that we've had the pleasure of completing that journey with.

Outside of my professional life I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family, fitness and exercise, and many outdoor activities such as boating and powersports.
