Wyatt was awesome through out our loan process! He was always able to answer my questions and have all the answers. He made the process easy for us.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of communication & the lack of explaining things. You just can't send a person a lot of emails, documents to sign & figuers without properly explaining things to that person. I was a first time buyer and towards the end the communication was horrible & all the rushing to do this that & the other. I got blindsided at closing, I wasn't explained properly that I needed to come up with money. Yes he sent me emails with alot of numbers I didn't know what I was looking at. He never once called to see if I was free so he could explain documents to me. I'm just glad this whole process is over & I truly hope in the future you communicate more & explain things so a person will have a clear understanding.

We had a great experience and are so thankful for the opportunity they have given me and my family. The communication was great!

My husband and I are work on an overnight shift so we didnt think we would be able to have clear communication with anyone. This wasnt the case. Wyatt always answered our questions and calls no matter the time. And kept us up to date with how things were progressing. He is always understanding that we dont keep the same "business hours " as many other people and was still positive and upbeat when communicating with us.
