A last minute opportunity came up for a new home and our realtor recommended Travis. Travis is great and easy to work with. He has been in the business forever and understands how things work and makes it simple. After a quick call to ensure the numbers were what we needed we moved forward. Our realtor and Travis worked together to get most things ironed out and that just left us with the usual documentation needed.
