Claudio is great to work with. I get frustrated by the loan process because of the detailed "interrogation" for approvals. I understand the reasons for ensuring that loans get approved. Understanding each persons current and past financial situation is important. But overall, despite the hiccups along the way, Claudio and his group have been a pleasure to deal with.
