From the real estate agent to the lender, this process has been very rewarding. Despite economic rate increases, low inventory in st pete, and cash buyers taking up all the houses, our people ( Lisa, Pete, Daisy) were right behind us, every step of the way. Rooting for us to make it happen. When it came time to process the lending, I've got to say the app is super user friendly, the communication was A1, and although we have known Lisa for years words can't ever describe how helpful she's been. The thing is she would do that for anyone because that's the kind of person she is. We bombarded her with questions but her reassurance that it was OK to ask.
