This team was by far one of the most helpful teams I could’ve asked for. Despite many troubles they went through during this process they pushed through each one and got it done and kept us informed throughout the whole process. This was our first time buying a home so of course we knew very minimal, but they were always willing to answer any questions we had and we eased through this process like we’ve done this 10 times before. It was longer & more extensive that the previous mortgage loan process & I know sometimes you can’t attribute it to any one person or entity. However, I felt left out of the loop sometimes and I became anxious and frustrated.Overall, in the end I was pleased.

Stephanie and Kimberly as well the entire team were great to work with during my loan process. They supplied information to me quickly and kept me updated on the approval process. They were both kind and respectful in their communications with me; they were also very supportive during a confusing time of the Covid-19 pandemic. I’d recommend them both.
