It was an excellent experience working with Gary. He is honest and wants to do right by his clients. Initially we chose to finance our mortgage through BofA as we were intrigued by their down payment assistance “Grant”. Long story short BofA denied us for the grant 1 week before closing. Gary and his team took immediate action and we were able to figure out a way to make it work and still close on time.
