My husband and I didn’t know where to start when buying a home, we had some things to clear up on our credit first. It took several months but Swede walked us though the whole process and told us exactly what we needed to do. This was a stressful process. Swede was patient and responsive when handling my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable in explaining the different types loans, pros and cons of each one and getting us our best option. He insured the closing went the way we wanted. He’s very professional in handling curve balls (like the deal falling though on the first house we offered) and accommodated our request to sign paper work in person vs online so that we have an explanation of what we are signing and answer our questions.
