She helped me set a feasible budget and walked me through every single thing, as I had no idea what I was doing. She was available and easy to reach. I bought my first home this year at 21 with Derrick at Preferred Rate as my loan officer. I had a 10/10 experience. His communication is fast and efficient, any road blocks were handled quickly with empathy. I had lots of questions and learning curves considering I was a first time home buyer, and he never made me feel like my questions were stupid or too frequent. I genuinely enjoyed my experience with Derrick and Preferred rate.
