I live in Muskego WI and love helping all of my borrowers around Southeastern WI and beyond achieve their dreams and goals of homeownership. Buying a house 🏠 is hard and finding the right Bank is even harder. I went through 3 banks for my pre-approval and all 3 had one thing in common they really don't take the time to really help . I'm one person who likes to ask a lot of questions. But the more I ask the less interested the banks made me feel along the way. I honestly thought I wasn't going to buy a house. I almost gave up. I told myself I think I'm going to rent for the rest of my life.Then I found out about Cindy at Preferred Rate Mortgage. Wow she showed professionalism with kindness all the way. She Answered ever question I threw at her . Sorry Cindy. Lol. But she really took the time to answer and at any time of the day. I'm a very busy person I work , I'm a family man I have my hands full.
