Excellent professional

I conducted my closing with Ernesto Salazar. He was great. I am a first time home buyer so I didn't know much about the mortgage loan process. He kept the line of communication open whether it was by email, phone, or text message. He provided in depth answers to all the questions that I asked. I'm sure no mortgage loan process has ever been completed without a hiccup or two. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, nothing major. However, Ernesto was able to correct them in a timely manner and without issue.I give him a 10/10 on discussing the final CD contract. He explained every section of the contract in depth, ensuring I understood. He was extremely patient. He took his time explaining everything to me. That was very much appreciated.If the opportunity presents itself, I look forward to working with Ernesto in the future!
