Francesca began working in the financial services industry at the University of Illinois at Chicago in the office of University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operations. She worked there throughout her college career as she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Italian and Master's Degree in Special Education and went on to teach for 11 years.
As a mortgage advisor she has combined her background in all of these areas and unique experiences to provide optimal customer service for her clients. Francesca makes sure to explain the lending process to support clients in making the best financial decisions for themselves. She quickly respond to requests and questions and does her best to ensure that each step of the way is smooth and easy for all parties involved.
Her mission is to use her skills to educate and enable clients to achieve their property ownership goals.

I worked with Francesca to refinance my mortgage and Francesca and her assistant made the process so easy. Francesca was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of helping me to determine what the best options were for my current situation. Buying a home/ refinancing can be very stressful but Francesca's kind and calm nature helped to ease that stress. She was very supportive and answered all of my questions thoroughly and never seemed annoyed when she would explain something and then I would ask her to re-explain it a day later. She genuinely seemed like she was happy to help. The process and apps that were used made communication easy. Because refinancing/borrowing always requires a ton of documents, it can be difficult to keep track of things that need to be done. However, the communication from Francesca and her assistant was so very clear and timely throughout the entire process and the app that they use made it easy for requesting documents, uploading documents and keeping track of things I had/had not completed that I can honestly say it felt super easy and as stress free as refinancing could have been.
