Jim Decker is a seasoned sales executive and strategic leader serving as a Divisional Sales Manager at Preferred Rate. Jim is best known for driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong client relationships. With more than two decades of experience in sales leadership, Jim is known for his competitive mindset, consultative approach, and ability to mentor his team members to reach their full potential. His leadership style blends accountability, energy, and authenticity — creating a culture where both people and production thrive.

Outside of work, Jim’s greatest pride is his family. He and his wife, Stacey, are proud parents of three daughters and grandparents to three grandchildren. They are at the center of everything he does, and much of his motivation comes from creating lasting memories and opportunities for them.

Jim and Stacey split their time between Wentzville and Naples, enjoying the best of both Midwest community life and Florida’s coastal lifestyle. They love vacationing and taking advantage of time together, whether traveling or simply relaxing near the water.
In his free time, Jim enjoys BBQing, fishing, boating, golfing, and spending quality time with friends and family. Whether hosting a backyard cookout, teeing it up on the course, or out on the water, he values making the most of every season of life.
