I had a great experience working with Joan throughout the home buying process. She was very involved from start to finish and made sure I stayed on track the entire time. Joan worked with me daily, helping me understand everything and always following up on my questions especially around interest rates and different scenarios. She took the time to break things down in a way that made sense to me, going through each individual cost so I knew exactly what I was paying for and why. She was also in constant communication with my title company and realtor, checking in on deadlines and even forwarding emails I may have missed.
