From the real estate agent to the lender, this process has been very rewarding. Despite economic rate increases, low inventory in st pete, and cash buyers taking up all the houses, our people ( Lisa, Pete, Daisy) were right behind us, every step of the way. When it came time to process the lending, I've got to say the app is super user friendly, the communication was A1, and although we have known Lisa for years words can't ever describe how helpful she's been. The thing is she would do that for anyone because that's the kind of person she is. We bombarded her with questions but her reassurance that it was OK to ask. And ask repetitive questions is why she's a winner! Love the entire process. It's not bad like people make it out to be. It can be rewarding when you have the right people in your corner. the team are awesome. They helped and patiently guided me through the entire process. This was one of the best experience I've ever had. Lisa and Daisy treat us like family not customers or a number, they were very transparent from the jump and keep us up to date on everything that was going on even stay up late a couple times taking care of what needed to be done ✅.
