Madeline is the Branch Manager for the Walnut Creek Preferred Rate team. Starting her mortgage career at another division within American Pacific Mortgage, she has closed over 3,000 loan transactions…and counting. Madeline takes tremendous pride in her rapport with buyers and underwriters and her ability to get even the most challenging loan transactions approved.

Madeline attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, focusing on Islamic Law. After college, she found herself at an estate planning law firm. She gained invaluable knowledge from working closely with financial institutions — knowledge she continues to use in mortgage lending today. With her experience, insight, attention to detail and diligence, Madeline strives to provide uncompromising service to her clients and strategic partners.

Madeline was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and lives in Berkeley, CA. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time at home with her 4 daughters (ages 17, 12, 9 and 3) and her American Bully, Pebbles.
