My experience with the refinance process was excellent from start to finish. Communication was consistent throughout, and they kept me informed about exactly what I did and did not need to provide. The DocuSign process also made completing the paperwork extremely easy and convenient. One thing I especially appreciated was being given the specific phone numbers that legitimate calls would be coming from. Once you begin looking into refinancing, the number of unsolicited and predatory calls can become overwhelming, so knowing exactly who I should expect to hear from made a huge difference. Everyone I dealt with was personable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making the process as straightforward as possible. I also really appreciated having one primary person I could reach out to whenever I had a question instead of being passed around from person to person. Overall, it was a smooth, transparent, and surprisingly pleasant experience. I felt informed throughout the entire process and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering refinancing.
