Mark McCool is the Manager at Preferred Rate in Greendale, Indiana, and has been serving homebuyers as a loan originator for more than 36 years. Throughout his career, Mark has built a strong reputation for helping buyers achieve homeownership, especially those purchasing their first home.

Mark specializes in low- and no-down-payment mortgage options for first-time homebuyers. He takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the loan process, making sure they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.

Mark and his wife Deborah, who have been married for 34 years, have lived in southern Indiana their entire lives and raised their three children there. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in his community. Whether he is helping someone learn how to throw a football or offering advice on improving their credit, Mark enjoys coaching others and helping people move forward with confidence.
