Melissa and her team are awesome. I absolutely love the app feature. It makes tracking the progress of your loan and uploading documents very easy and convenient. All I would suggest is making phone calls when messaging gets confusing. It’s a big process and I’m sure it’s a lot of work. I am thankful.

Melissa is nice lady. Her communication is decent.Her company she works for, their communication and way of working with their clients is pretty bad. Major lack of communication, unorganized to a certain aspect.LOTS of surprises along the way when trying to purchase my home. I understand things come up, but every day was something new.Title company vs realtor vs lender, all on way different pages. 3rd home I’ve bought and beyond the most stressful process.I understand things happen and come up, but like I said- every day was something new.I appreciate what Melissa did for me and the help she provided but the company overall needs improvement in their organizational aspect and communication aspect up front. Too many costly surprises.Melissa is very nice. Genuinely knows her job. But based on my experience, I wouldn’t use this company again.

So even though the company she is working for now is excellent; She was even able to get it done at what seemed to be a much smaller company. Which to me speaks to here ability and knowledge in her role as a loan officer. She puts great people around her. Everyone we had to communicate with from her company were really on top of things. 2 houses down; And if there’s another in our future, then Melissa’s our girl.
