Preferred Rate truly differentiates themselves with their stellar communication and user-friendly processes. They give a weekly update on the status of the loan so I never had to wonder what was going on. They also never asked for a document I'd already sent them (the first time I haven't had to send a lender duplicate docs). They really take all the stress and frustration out of the financing process.
