First off, let me start with I am a veteran and currently employed for the Department of Veterans Affairs. One of my biggest pet peeves in life is a lack of communication. What a breath of fresh air it has been working with Peter and his crew. Constant communication to keep us up to date and our minds at the ease. Monitoring of interest rates to help us. Instant response when we would call, text or email. We will not work with anyone else in the future. We do not have accounting or finance backgrounds. We had tons of questions and Peter and his crew never made us feel like we were less educated. He was happy to answer everything and educated us on what we didn’t know. If you are looking to move forward with purchasing a house, I can’t recommend this team enough.

Peter and his team came highly recommended by my realtor.  I now know why.  Everyone whom I have spoken with there has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, available and just offered top notch customer service.  This was my first house so I knew nothing about the buying process. Peter and his team made sure I felt comfortable and answered any questions I had no matter the time or day.  They even did 3 way calls with my mom!  Time was of the essence on closing due to having no plumbing in my old place so Peter and his team got me closed in 3 weeks, they would’ve tried for sooner but the seller needed 3 weeks to move out.  From the instant I first spoke with Peter on the phone I knew he was different than other lenders I had spoken with.  He genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with every step of the process and wanted to get the best rates and deals for me.  I will never use another lender and don’t think you should either!
