We were going to refinance through our current lender but I thought we could get a better rate. When I reached out to Rich he was able to get us a better rate, a better appraised value, a bigger loan amount and more cash out. Our situation was very complicated and he worked with us every step of the way to get it done. His staff was on top of everything and quick to respond and get things done.

The loan took longer to approve than we thought, but that was mostly due to the Underwriter. Rich and his staff were always professional and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
