Richard was an amazing loan officer who swooped in when my previous lender couldn't get the job done right. He literally saved my deal with the home I was finally approved for! Being a recently single mother with two small children (my husband was suddenly taken from us from health issues) I literally had no help and this whole process was done completely on my own. 10/10 recommend getting your home loan with preferred rate when my loan backfired with the bank I was going originally with. rich helped me out and worked with me and husband to figure it out.
