Scott Pomerich began his career in the mortgage industry in 1993 and has spent more than three decades helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives—homeownership. With a degree in Finance, a minor in Accounting, and an emphasis in Economics, Scott also has a background in financial planning, which gives him a strong foundation in understanding clients’ broader financial goals.

Throughout his career Scott has been both a top-producing originator and a successful leader. During one of the most notable periods of his career, he led the number one branch and number one region in the company while personally ranking among the top originators as well. He has overseen multiple branches, mentored loan officers, and continues today as a Regional Manager while actively originating loans for his clients and referral partners.

Scott is particularly known for successfully navigating complex financing situations, including self-employed borrowers and unique income scenarios. His straightforward communication style and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for reliability and consistently high client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys running, having completed the Chicago Marathon multiple times as well as the Boston Marathon. He also enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and discovering small independent coffee shops in the towns he visits.
