​Born and raised right here in Indiana, I bring a Midwestern work ethic and deep local roots to every client I serve. My journey in the financial world began at Ball State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance—a foundation that has allowed me to navigate the complexities of the housing market for over 25 years.

​From the Foundation Up

​I didn’t just start in sales; I started in the field. In 1997, I began my career as a Residential Appraiser for First Union Home Equity Bank. Having personally appraised over 5,000 homes, I developed an “insider’s eye” for property value and structural integrity that most lenders simply don’t have. I know what makes a property a sound investment because I’ve been under the roof and in the crawlspaces.

​In 2002, I transitioned to the sales side as an Account Executive with Decision One Mortgage. Since then, I have dedicated my professional life to being a resource for my clients, whether they are navigating the excitement of being a first-time homebuyer or the complexities of high-level investment properties.
