Working with Preferred Rate means we've got your back

Quick response to all my question and clear all my doubts on the process thank you Chris!

Michael and his team were so professional and a big help with all the steps we needed to take in getting a very challenging purchase of my husband and my first home in Hawaii. We are so appreciative for the whole team and their hard work and dedication to getting the job done and getting us into our beautiful new home. Mahalo

We couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage broker than Brian! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help us through the entire house buying process. His knowledge, and dedication truly made all the difference. Brian was always incredibly helpful and flexible when it came to working through challenges we faced throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had or what obstacles came our way, he was always patient, reassuring and willing/eager to find a solution. There were moments when we genuinely thought things weren’t going to work out and that our dream of owning a home was slipping away. But Brian never gave up on us. His experience, resourcefulness and determination helped make what seemed impossible possible. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about helping us succeed. He didn’t just do his job, he went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of. We are beyond grateful for everything Brian did to help us with our journey to become homeowners. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy and dedicated mortgage broker. Thank you again Brian for making this happen for our family! -The Ballesteros Family

Kim was great! Took good care of our needs and got us across the finish line for our mortgage. She answered our questions quickly and got us a good rate considering how high they are right now. We will definitely recommend her.

I had a great experience working with Marcos Granda and his loan processor, Mariana. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire loan process. Marcos made sure everything was explained clearly and kept things moving smoothly, while Mariana was always helpful, organized, and attentive to every detail. I truly appreciate their hard work, communication, and dedication. They made the process much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend Marcos and Mariana to anyone looking for a great lending team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my lender, Marcos, and his assistant, Mariana! They were both absolutely fantastic throughout the entire loan process. They took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and guide me every step of the way. What I appreciated most was their patience, kindness, and understanding, especially as an older adult who needed a little extra guidance along the way. They never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable and always made sure I understood what was happening.

Mike Perdue is a great guy and excellent loan officer. I'd most definitely recommend his services to anyone shopping around for homes loans.
