Our Story

Brothers Chris and Clint Haynes have been helping people with their mortgage needs since 2008. In 2010, they partnered with Peoples Home Equity and with the support of just one processor, they started building their business in Mt. Juliet, TN. Today the top-performing branch has grown to a team of over 45.
In January of 2021, they joined Preferred Rate allowing the ability to deliver faster service and closings for their clients. You can trust Preferred Rate to make the complex mortgage process simple! We aspire to enrich the lives of our clients by helping them fulfill the dream of homeownership.

We have been in the industry long enough to have lived through the mortgage meltdown, and we understand first-hand how quickly things can change.
