I can’t rave enough about ALLEN SMITH and his team! From day one, they were honest about what we could do regarding loan terms and how things would look financially. They wasted no time during the process. I felt as though my loan was the only one that they had at the time (obviously not the case but)…..NICK was great and answered all of my calls and questions without fail. DOROTHY was also AMAZING!!! She always answered emails within 10 minutes. If I called her, she’d respond (if she didn’t answer) with a call (not an email) within 10 minutes.
