Bill is responsible for optimizing Preferred Rate’s revenue and expense structure. In this role Bill’s experience in sales and capital markets leadership helps support Preferred Rate’s branch managers through collaborative analysis of their individual markets and performance. Bill also works directly with sales leadership to deliver transparency and accountability of Preferred Rate’s Capital Markets execution.

Prior to joining the Preferred Rate team, Bill held senior management positions split between large regional banks and independent mortgage companies. On the banking side, Bill held a variety of roles including managing a $10B+ mortgage portfolio,  Asset Liability Manager, and leading analytics teams driving strategies on loans and deposits for two large regional banks. On the mortgage banking side, Bill brings executive-level experience in sales, capital markets, portfolio management, and M&A activity for large and mid-sized independent mortgage banks to the PR team.
