As a Co-founder of Preferred Rate, Chris’s focus is to lead, develop, and grow an industry leading operations unit. His prior experience as a national operations leader lends to his ability to guide Preferred Rate’s fulfillment team to be the best the industry has to offer.
Chris was previously responsible for overseeing National Operations at Parkside Lending. During his tenure there he was tasked with leading a multi-channel operation with a focus on Wholesale and Retail production. Prior to his role as EVP of Operations at Parkside, Chris took on a role in operations leadership with Peoples Home Equity which ultimately led to the development of two regional operations centers in the Midwest and Western US. Chris is also a licensed loan originator and leverages his knowledge and understanding of sales in his role to aid in developing an unbreakable bond between Sales & Operations. His true passion is to help those around him succeed to heights they never imagined possible.
When he isn’t at the office, Chris’s greatest past time is watching his two daughters play soccer. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Chris resides in Orange County, CA, and loves spending time outdoors, attending live concerts & sporting events, and traveling.
