Phil has mastered the ability to develop a dynamic between sales production and fulfillment. The key to his success is his laser focus on always putting the borrower first.
Prior to founding Preferred Rate, Phil was an Executive with a national lender, where he built and presided over all retail production and operations. Phil is well known for building divisions and companies from the ground up. Before his role as EVP of Retail, he was the architect of a large division in the Central U.S. Phil entered the mortgage industry in 2006, where he quickly became a top producer; that success led him to opportunities of senior leadership and now President of PR.
Phil has owned and operated several businesses over the last 15 years. He brings expertise in scaling and servicing of organizations. Phil’s previous experience, both within the mortgage industry and outside, as an entrepreneur, has prepared him for his role today, as President of PR. His plan and vision are to guide PR to be one of the largest mortgage lenders in the United States.
