Sean is currently serving as Managing Director and Co-founder of Preferred Rate, a joint venture partnership with American Pacific Mortgage.

Sean’s primary focus is working with new and existing branches to manage the financial aspects of their day-to-day business. His previous experience of running Capital Markets at three different mortgage companies positions him well to accurately quantify and present the enormous economic advantage of working for Preferred Rate.
Sean was previously in charge of Product Pricing and Portfolio at Parkside Lending. In a prior role, he simultaneously managed Capital Markets and Western Sales Production at Peoples Home Equity, a $4 billion mortgage originator. Sean was awarded the CFA Charter in 2006, holds a degree in Economics from the University of California Davis, and has extensive experience in sales and operations management, profitability modeling, product development, and competitive analysis.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with family and friends. He lives in Las Vegas, NV, with the love of his life and daughter. He is a voracious reader, loves to travel, and plays the occasional round of golf.
