Susan brings over 30 years of proven experience in real estate related industries to Preferred Rate and APM.

Susan has served in a host of positions, including that of CEO. In her position as Chief of Staff, she focuses on driving company-wide initiatives; aligning departments (Sales, Operations and Marketing) while supporting the CEO. Her experience affords her a blend of expertise in strategic planning and leadership. Susan can oversee special projects and the internal culture of the Company while remaining behind the scenes.

Susan’s entire education was in the parochial school system and concluded at St. Xavier University in Chicago.

Outside of work, Susan and her husband, Terry, are passionate and engaged in active advocacy on specific issues that they believe will further the success of Preferred Rate.
