About a year and a half (sometime in 2021) ago I was given Edwin Rivadeneira’s team contact information from a friend. I called him and arrange a pre-qualification for a new mortgage. His professionalism and market knowledge became evident immediately. Unfortunately for me the market had some terrible swings and after loosing out on a few contract because of the volatility of the market I came to the realization that i should wait till the market became more coherent. Throughout that process Edwin and his team worked tirelessly to help me get into my dream home. They spend long hours in multiple contracts that failed due to the nature of the market. I told Edwin that I would leave the market until things were less volatile. His professionalism was so prevalent that I made the conscious choice of reaching out to him again when market got better. Fast forward to Thanksgiving 2022, I started to see signs of market conditions improvements, after locating a property I was interested, I called Edwin and his team again, told him that I had found a property, that was being sold by one of our courageous armed forces service-member, who were being deploy and that a fast closing was the goal. Here is where his team went above and beyond and in 2 and a half weeks my wife and I were signing closing papers. This helped out our military veteran and also got me to obtain my dream home.
